Terms

These are the terms on which AllOne Labs provides XRA. Using the service means accepting them.

What XRA does

XRA captures a website you nominate and rebuilds it as an editable codebase, which it can host for you along with an admin panel and a chat assistant. You drive it from a chat interface.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

What you may clone — read this one

XRA copies websites, and most websites belong to somebody. You are responsible for having the right to copy anything you point XRA at, whether because you own it, because you have permission, or because the law where you operate allows it. You are responsible for what you then publish.

Do not use XRA to impersonate a business or person, to reproduce a site in order to deceive its customers, to build phishing or fraud pages, or to strip protections from content you are not entitled to. We will suspend an account being used this way, and we will cooperate with a valid legal request about it.

A clone reproduces third-party material. Copyright, trademarks and content in a cloned site remain with whoever owned them; nothing about running them through XRA transfers those rights to you or to us.

What is yours

The code XRA generates for you, and the content you add, are yours. We claim no ownership of them. We store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy page.

Paying

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through PayPal and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

If a payment fails we may suspend paid features until it is settled. Refunds are not automatic, but if something on our side failed and cost you a period, write to us and we will deal with it fairly.

Fair use of the build machine

Clone builds run on shared hardware. Automated or excessive use that degrades the service for others may be rate-limited or suspended. Plan limits are described on the pricing section of the site.

Availability

XRA is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and clone fidelity varies with how a source site is built — a site that assembles itself in the browser will not reproduce as faithfully as a static one. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending it

You may stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. If we end your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of a paid period.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule where you live says otherwise.

Changes

We will date any change on this page. If a change materially reduces what you get, it takes effect at your next renewal rather than immediately.
